PART 2 – Workout
1 min – Alternating Reverse Lunges
30 sec – Mountain Climbers
30 sec – Split Jumps
30 sec – Recovery
1 min – Lateral Lunges
30 sec – Mountain Climbers
30 sec – Lateral Bounds
30 sec – Recovery
PART 3
1 min – Single Leg Deadlift (30 sec each side)
30 sec – High Plank Shoulder Taps
30 sec – Squat Jumps
30 sec – Recovery
1 min – Burpee
30 sec – High Plank Shoulder Taps
30 sec – High Knee Run
30 sec – Recovery
PART 4 – Cool Down
1 min – 90/90 (switch halfway)
