GREEN ENERGY SMOOTHIE

I don’t know about you, but my summer has been busy and full of activities! To keep my energy levels up I turn to my go-to Green Energy Smoothie recipe made in my Vitamix Ascent A3500 blender. See below for the recipe, it is so simple, easy, delicious and nutritious - I know you will love it!

Green Energy Smoothie Ingredients

• 1-2 cups coconut milk or almond milk

• 1 cup frozen or fresh mango

• ½ cup frozen or fresh avocado

• 1-2 handfuls of fresh spinach

• ½” of fresh ginger

• 1 scoop proteins power (extra delicious if it's vanilla) 

Directions

• Add ingredients to the container in the order they appear in the recipe: liquids, soft fruits and leafy greens, frozen ingredients.

• Start the machine on Variable 1 and slowly increase to its highest speed.

• Blend for 45 seconds, or to desired smoothness. 

Pro tip, I pre-make smoothie bags sometimes so I can grab and go!
