BREAKFAST DONE RIGHT

Blueberry Oatmeal Fermented Vegan Protein Pancakes.
Power up your Sunday brunch with these protein packed pancakes.

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats
2 scoops Genuine Health fermented Vegan proteins+
1-2 cup non-dairy milk (more if mixture is too dry)
1 Tbsp ground flax seed
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted + more for pan
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
Blueberries

Directions: 
1) Throw everything except blueberries in the blender and blend until smooth.
2) Heat a large pan on medium heat, grease with coconut oil
3) Add a large dollop of batter to the pan. Drop a few blueberries into the batter.

Note: These pancakes won’t “bubble” on top like regular pancakes. When bottom is lightly brown and the pancaked is cooked halfway through, flip and cook the other side.

Drizzle with pure maple syrup and enjoy!
