Here’s my twist on a classic, Pomegranate Cosmopolitan using Vitamix Aer Disc container which saves me the mess of a cocktail shaker, and is as easy as a turn of a dial!

Ingredients

1 cup vodka

½ cup orange liqueur

½ cup pomegranate juice

2 limes

1½ cup ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix Aer Disc container, blend on Variable 10 for 30 seconds. Strain and pour into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a twist of a lime peel.
