KUNDALINI YOGA AND VISION WORKSHOP
Incredibly excited to host this workshop with my friend @christeladnana.
Join us on Saturday, February 22nd for a Kundalini Yoga + Meditation workshop, an evening of movement, meditation and visioning.
We will start with a Kundalini yoga practice including breathwork, chanting, and movement, followed by a guided meditation to go inwards and uncover our deepest wishes and desires. At the end of the workshop you will feel grounded, clear, and have a stronger sense of intention for the year ahead.
Itinerary:
5:15-5:30pm - Arrival to Yoga Studio
5:30-6:50pm - Kundalini Yoga with Christel
6:50-7:00pm - Guided Visualization with Eva
7:00-7:30pm - Replenish with @nutbar.co and Closing
